We will explore your birth preferences and talk through important antenatal elements including what to put in your hospital bag, having key things to hand for those first few days as a new mother plus arranging additional childcare (if applicable).

My role as a postnatal Doula can vary from family to family depending on your requirements.
My job does not finish once your baby has safely arrived, whether you have recently given birth or your child is a few months old.
For example, as a trained Infant Feeding Peer Supporter, I am well placed to guide you on your feeding journey in a way that's sensitive and manageable.
